Wanas Apps provides professional Zoho consulting, implementation, customization, training, and software development services. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon separately through a Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

02 Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of any third party.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or servers.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

03 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Wanas Apps FZ-LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Custom deliverables created for clients (e.g., custom Zoho modules, web apps) are governed by the intellectual property clauses within the individual service agreement.

04 Payments & Engagements

All fees for professional services are outlined in the project proposal or SOW. Invoices are due within the payment terms stated therein. Wanas Apps reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payments are overdue by more than 14 days.

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the individual service agreement.
• Zoho product subscriptions purchased through us are subject to Zoho's own refund policy.

05 Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wanas Apps FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.

07 Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with Zoho's ecosystem and other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Use of Zoho products is additionally subject to Zoho's Terms of Service.

08 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras al-Khaimah, UAE. For clients based in Egypt, disputes may alternatively be resolved through Egyptian courts per the applicable bilateral agreement.

09 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
